Crystal B. Davis Clopton is native Texas attorney that has over 10 years of experience in the corporate matters. She serves clients across the U.S. and Latin America. Crystal Davis Clopton

Crystal Clopton has handled a variety of transactional, regulatory compliance and litigated matters for financial institutions across the US. She has developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance, while reducing legal and financial risk.

Crystal Clopton has worked with public and private entities, both internally and externally, developing procedures and processes, while evaluating and advising businesses of legal risks and ideal resolutions. She has conducted investigations, both internally and externally, to identify issues and effectuate resolution. She has handled the sale and acquisition of multimillion-dollar assets between fortune 500 companies, investors and individuals. She has also been involved in the liquidation of over $500 million dollars’ worth of assets. In addition, she has generated over $350 million dollars in revenue for corporate entities, while preventing over $260 million dollars in losses.

Crystal Clopton routinely negotiates deals and drafts contracts and agreements for complex transactions. She has acted as a corporate representative and witness for financial institutions and attended legal proceedings on their behalf.

In addition to the Managing Member of Davis Clopton PLLC, Crystal Clopton works with Axiom Inc. supporting inhouse legal departments for financial institutions. Previously, Mrs. Clopton served as a Sr. Principal of Litigation & Sr. Assistant Secretary for a national mortgage servicer and as a Contract Attorney for a multinational banking institution.
